3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in a vibrant, remodeled historic building (building built in 1885, condo renovated in 2007). This unique spot has a three-story spiral staircase, exposed brick walls, and awesome views of the grounds. Open floor plan with large kitchen and island. 1 mile to Downtown TC and the beach. The 480-acre grounds host miles of hiking trails, and there are coffee shops, wineries, restaurants and more just an elevator ride away.

We have one bedroom with a king bed and an attached master bathroom. Another bedroom with two twin beds and space to set-up a pack n play. There is a loft bedroom that is open to the rest of the common areas that has a queen bed and a desk.

Located only one mile from the bay and downtown, the village is home to an array of on-site amenities. Restaurants and shops located on the garden level offer the convenience of fine dining, or a quick bite to eat.
