​Sitting on Grand Traverse Bay, but close to the heart of Traverse City! The houses original midcentury design has been embraced with our 60’s décor and uniquely styled furniture. As you walk into the home you are greeted with a beautiful beach view from the large windows in our living room that flows into the dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom. With one large sectional and two swivel chairs, it is sure to be the place your friends and family can all enjoy together!

To the right of the living room is the dining room which has a fireplace and a seating area for meals, relaxing, or game nights. In the kitchen, there is overflow seating as well as a nice window seating area to watch the water while enjoying your morning cup of coffee. Down the hall, to the left of the living room, you can find the 60’s chic bathroom, with all original tiling! The three bedrooms are on either side of the bathroom with the master bedroom to the right and the other two on the left. The Master houses a king bed and two large closets, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has twin-sized bunk beds and a futon. We provide all sheets and towels as well as a fully stocked kitchen for your convenience. The grill on the side patio is a propane grill which we also provide for you! Also, there are 2 mini split air conditioners which cool the home. The large private beach is yours to enjoy as well as the dock and chairs. The dock we have is not for docking any large boats so please be aware before booking you will need to anchor your own. We have provided 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards to enjoy!
