Our penthouse condo is located in the heart of Downtown Traverse City with panoramic views of West Grand Traverse Bay! Our family-friendly unit offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Walking into the unit you are immediately met with breathtaking views of Grand Traverse Bay and the open floor plan showcasing the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Off the main dwelling area, you will find all three bedrooms:
Master bedroom: King bed, access to the balcony, smart TV, and an ensuite with lots of closet space.
Second Bedroom: King bed, smart TV, closet, and shared bathroom with the bunk room.
Bunk Room: two twin beds in bunk style, closet, smart TV, shared bathroom with the second bedroom.

The kitchen will supply you with all your cooking ware needs, dining sets for your whole group, coffee & coffee maker, updated appliances, and ample seating between bar seats (4) and the dining table (sitting 6). Off the kitchen is a gas fireplace.

The living room will be a beautiful gathering area for your group! With direct access to the balcony, fireplace, and lots of games, and books for entertainment, all while offering a beautiful view of West Grand Traverse Bay.

Guests have access to one garage parking space & one additional space in the parking garage. Limit of two vehicles.
